Reddit Founder Alexis Ohanian on How the Internet Can Make You a Baller

Reddit co-founder Alexis Ohanian recently sat down with serial entrepreneur and This Week in Startups host Jason Calacanis for an entertaining interview in New York City. This Golden Twist reporter, bright-eyed and bushy-tailed, had an opportunity to watch the event live. About 300 people turned out for the live taping of Jason Calacanis’ show, and they stuffed themselves with free sandwiches, chips, and cheese dip of many varieties. They also quaffed some good-old fashioned beer from beer bottles signed by Jason himself (ok, I made that part up, but that would have been funny).

Calacanis and Ohanian had never met each other before, but you wouldn’t know it from the show they put on. At one point, Ohanian and Calacanis looked like they were about to burst into an Abbott and Costello routine. The rowdy crowd enjoyed the act, hollering and loudly clapping throughout the interview. Overall, the Soho event was highly informative and enjoyable. Speaking of Soho, have you ever been on a Ghostbusters tour of NYC?
