Jimmy Kimmel Puts Young Girl Through a Lie Detector Test… Results Are Positively Priceless
Okay, so this will be the last Jimmy Kimmel post for a while, I promise. You just can’t deny, though, that the bits this dude has on his show are easily some of the best in late night today. Not only are they super creative, but – most importantly – they’re super frigging hilarious as well.
In this particular clip, we see Jimmy putting a young girl through a lie detector test. It starts out with Guillermo the “truth fairy” hooking her up to the actual lie detector test and then Jimmy asking her questions ranging from whether her truth helmet is comfortable to whether or not she loves her secret arch-nemesis – who’s a boy – named Riley. Considering the actual truth comes out that she actually loves Riley, well, it’s a nice play on that magical time when we were younger in which the opposite sex was our sworn enemy despite the exact opposite actually being true.
He also asks her who let the dogs out and she says that she, in fact, does know who let them out, proceeding to sing the song and then profess her crush on a young boy in her class named Griffin.
I feel like a weirdo typing out all of this, but it’s all ridiculously funny, especially with Guillermo in the background dressed up as a pink tooth fairy. Do late night TV skits get any better? I submit that they do not!
